Los Gatos (The Cats)
This Latin jazz project fused together with the musical sway of artist from all over the world. Coming together to form a new band called Los Gatos (The Cats). The members of Los Gatos have performed with Latin Jazz Project, Latin Heat, and Solazo of Floyd Virginia. Their performances take the audience on a journey to distant lands. Their music draws from a collection of influences including; traditional African rhythms, Caribbean beats and conventional song forms. Los Gatos effortlessly mixes these forms of music with customary jazz. They are one of the original American-born music idioms.
