2. FloydCountyVirginia.org shall be under no
liability whatsoever by
reason of error for which it may be responsible in
any advertisement beyond
liability to give the advertiser credit for ad fees
paid, if any.
3. FloydCountyVirginia.org does not guarantee any
certain number of
hits, page views or readership for an
advertisement.
4. The advertiser assumes liability for all content
of advertisements
submitted by him/her, or by a representative.
5. FloydCountyVirginia.org shall be under no
liability for its failure
for any cause to insert an advertisement.
6. FloydCountyVirginia.org reserves the right to
display all
advertisements published on FloydCountyVirginia.org
at other places within
FloydCountyVirginia.org or affiliated websites.
7. FloydCountyVirginia.org considers that a
submitted listing is for a
legal, ethical, and real entity and does not verify
this information in
every case. If any submitted listing appears
suspect (as in the case of
spam or bait-and-switch), a rejection of such
listing will be the result.
8. Payment of all undisputed invoices (for paid
advertising) must be
made within terms as disclosed by
FloydCountyVirginia.org (see information
related to upgraded listings and fees in upper
navigation at
FloydCountyVirginia.org).
9. There will be a $25.00 charge for any payment to
FloydCountyVirginia.org not honored by the bank or
payment institution. In
the event an account is referred to a third party
for collection, advertiser
agrees to pay collection and/or attorney fees, as
well as court costs
incurred to effect collection.
10.FloydCountyVirginia.org publishes ads and
listings to the site
without any implied endorsement of organizations,
the views they express or
the products/services they offer.
11. Incorrect rates charged to an advertiser that
do not correspond to
rates which are published on the site (for paid
advertising) will be
regarded as clerical errors and the advertisements
will be published and
charged at the applicable rates in effect at time
of submission.
