The Fair was held at the Floyd Recreation Center. The Inside Judging for Food, Horticulture, Quilting, Crafts, Photography and Growing of Vegetables were held in the Paul C. Horticulture Old Tractors Live Stock Competition Sheep Judging  The Harvest Festival included wine tasting and music at Harvest Moon, a walking tour and a Historical Display at The Country Store. Other Exhibits where held at the Jacksonville Center.
